We found a great freelancer through the platform which we've been working with for 18+ months (€200k+ spend). Be aware that unlike other freelancing platforms like Malt which reduce their fees after a few months, Talent does not. The most frustrating part for us was that they agreed orally that they would reduce it but came back on their word after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about talent.io?

I have used talent.io and it had worked out for me in the past. The platform showcases your profile for only 4 weeks before you are removed from the recruiters feed. You would need to score an interest/interview with companies within first 4 weeks. I was reached by few of the companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about talent.io?

Nothing specific, but the 4 week active profile is something I don't like because you have to keep creating your profile every month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
