As my browser is set to French, the site assumed I was in France and restricted any change to that effect **What problems is talent.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having additional exposure for my job posting is not easy in my niche. Aside from indeed and LinkedIn, and two local specialized job sites, my options were very limited. Talent.io made it possible to reach a new pool of talent available for hiring. ### 2. Be aware that unlike other freelancing platforms like Malt which reduce their fees after a few months, Talent does not. The platform showcases your profile for only 4nweeks before you are removed from the recruiters feed. You would need to score an interest/interview with companies within first 4 weeks.
