Navigating to the chat box when requiring customer support was challenging. I also feel that the 20 image limit on the free version should be specific to product images and not the entire storefront. When taking exchange rates into consideration, most e-commerce platform offers are too costly for small start-ups in my home country of South Africa. By providing a free plan which provides enough features to trial the product, Take App provides smaller start ups with that opportunity that other platforms do not. It's incredibly simple to use, it's well built in the sense that they pay attention to both the front end and backend aspect. They offer videos talking you through how to use the app, the app however is also incredibly simply to use.
