I appreciated this agency's help on a sugarcrm custom module development project. It took far longer than I had hoped to get the result I needed, but they persevered. My project demanded precision and complexity, and they were patient with my ongoing feedback and course corrections. They also offered a bit of creative input, which I appreciated. I would use them again for projects that are small, well-defined and relatively straightforward.
