**Describe the project or task System One helped with:**

Used for general patient management, as well as organising correspondence re patient care - mainly utilising read codes to allow for faster onward referrals

**What do you like best about System One?**

It is very intuitive to use, and there are always multiple ways of achieving a single goal. The support available is also very useful, as is the in-built help section within the software

**What do you dislike about System One?**

I would like more OCR scanning rules and mapping, just to make the process more automatic - there are already some in-built rules when scanning in correspondence, but the ability to make these more in-depth would be incredibly useful in speeding up processing of documents

**Recommendations to others considering System One:**

Consider whether other departments or practices use the same system - if not, find out what the transition of patient records between the system is like

**What problems is System One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to more easily manage patient records to help streamline their care. It is also helpful that so many other GP services and other departments also use System One, meaning that the continuity of care between departments is streamlined
