Synodo Reviews & Product Details

Synodo is small group software for churches running community groups, life groups, mentoring and discipleship pairs, men's and women's groups, and short courses. For leaders: every meeting has a leaders-only guide — prep, a run of show and discussion prompts — kept apart from what members see. Co-leaders can split sections, and the guide prints for the table. For the whole group: one conversation per group, alongside the study, with prayer requests, photos, polls, sign-ups and RSVPs. Read receipts show who has seen an announcement, and one button reminds only the people who haven't. Reminders go out the day before every meeting. For pastors and admins: write a study once and every group gets its own copy. Attendance, homework and activity roll into one view, and people who have missed two meetings or gone quiet surface with the reason, ready to call, text or email. Works with Planning Center: bring groups across from Planning Center Groups, matched by email so nobody is duplicated, or send a Synodo group back. Synodo runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone and installs to the home screen — nothing to download from an app store. $49 per month per church, unlimited groups and people, 30-day free trial with no credit card.
