I find it easier to create schedules and record people's availability with Synerion Agile, and I really like that I can automate all approvals to a certain extent. I no longer need to send schedules on WhatsApp because everyone can see their schedules in the mobile app. If someone stays a bit longer, I can automate approvals for those extra minutes, which I'm doing for 15 minutes. Also, I appreciate not having to manually create payroll reports anymore since they are now automatically generated by Synerion Agile. I also really appreciate the initial setup process as it was very easy and smooth.
