Even though I just manage one property, I have very few needs, and the system does its best to meet them. In addition, the client service is excellent—patient, encouraging, and polite.

Something I appreciate most about them is their willingness to take risks; if the system permits a double booking, they accept the liability. What dedication!

**What do you dislike about Hosthub?**

Absolutely Nothing. Compared to other people, I'm not as worried about a mobile app. A flexible guest payment channel, which is surprisingly lacking, and perhaps a staff of web designers to assist property owners who don't have the time to hire software developers or talent are some additional areas of the market where I think Syncbnb might gain market share and expand their product offering.

  ### 10. They'll Make a Mess of Your Booking Channels

I like nothing about them anymore. No great qualities at this point. I liked when it was SyncBNB

**What do you dislike about Hosthub?**

When they were SyncBNB, everything was fine. HostHub is an absolute disaster. Do not use them!! They will have you losing money and numerous double bookings will occur that they blame on you.  I'm still waiting for the mess they made with my cleaning fees to be escalated to their technicians from weeks ago. Every week it's the same tap dance, they're escalating it. The cleaning fees were not inputted by them as they told me they would do and more than one month of bookings occurred without a cleaning fee attached and I had to pay cleaning staff out of my own pocket for HostHub's mistake. I am still waiting for them to reimburse me and to apologize. Heck, how about an actual response? I sent them a screen shot of their CS rep telling me that he would take care of all those details. What other proof is needed? Admit your staff effed up and compensate me. It's been enough time... I'm switching over to Lodgify. You can actually have a phone conversation with them. Not just chat window screens with different agents chiming in on the same discussion... a way to confuse you, I guess. The new agent doesn't know what's going on with the previous agent... it's a horrible system.

They haven't solved anything. All they've excelled in so far is losing me money.

Janice has been highly professional in every step of the process; she efficiently set up everything and set clear expectations from the get-go!
The platform itself is easy to maneuver and synchronizes perfectly with all platforms.
I will without a doubt, continue to utilize host hob for the various property rentals I set up for renters.

Having multiple channels for a rental is a must to make more money but it's complicated to handle without a channel manager. Hosthub handles all channels and avoids any double bookings. They even helped me and created a system specifically for my rentals. They went far beyond my expectation. I highly recommend them.

There are too many things that make this online channel manager the best.  Start with the ease of set up. I didn't set it up - they took the reins and did it.  Blink of an eye I am set up on 5 channels.  Next, any time I have any questions, any one of the customer service team can help. I don't have to speak to the same person.  They are all equally knowledgeable and caring.  I have hit the wrong button, or forgotten to set something.  They step in and make it right.  During the initial set up, I had to set up each channel and then they had to bring them online.  During the process we got double booked twice.  I didn't know what to do.  That's when I met their guarantee you won't have double bookings or they pay the fees.  I hit the jackpot choosing this calendar scheduling manager.  And all of this happened during and continues after my free trial period.  I didn't have to pay for any of it until it worked smoothly.  What a great concept!  They would do the world a favor if all of their reps can jump into a clone machine and send little groups of them to other companies.  Kudos to their training department for putting together an A1 team of experts. We vacation rental owners thank you.

There is nothing to dislike. The system works perfectly for me.

I highly recommend this online service to anyone who needs a channel manager. The product works perfectly and you'll fall in love with their CSR team in no time, as well.

The biggest problem I have to solve is managing 5 calendars from 5 different channels so we don't double book.  Their set up was smooth and effective.  No issues.  The benefits I have realized?  I get a good night's sleep knowing this team is doing all the heavy lifting.  We are with them just over a month and already I have over $13,000 USD in bookings for a two bedroom villa in Florida for the next 90 days.  Can't ask for more than that.

My needs are very limited as I manage only one single property yet the systems fulfills them to the largest extent possible. On top of this, the customer care is great - patient, helpful and kind.
What I value most is their willingness to bet their skin - if the system allows for a double-booking, they take the responsibility. What a committment!

**What do you dislike about Hosthub?**

I would love to see more customizing options for the calendar (which is then synchronized with my phone), such as setting alerts for incoming guests or guest-related events (deposits, refunds, etc). No big deal, of course!

The only objective I need Syncbnb for is preventing double booking of my property. This is performed optimally.

Syncbnb is the best. I run multiple channels for our single listing out of Boulder Colorado. 
We doubled our profit in 10 weeks when we went from 1-5 channels back in 2009.

I used to sync my calendars manually. Then I tried 3 different syncing services. Then I tried to create my own iCal.
They were all  major brain damage and a pain in the Okole  to operate. 

Enter Syncbnb. They are absolutely, hands down, the best of them all. Syncbnb updates my calendar every 10 minutes and is drop dead easy to operate.
It took me about 5 minutes to set-up and I have never had a double booking. I love their dashboard. I keep it open at all times. 

I tried the rest and chose the best. If you run multiple channels (Everybody should) Syncbnb is the answer. 

PS- First Class customer service as well.

**What do you like best about Hosthub?**

The Achilles heel for any guest property is the double-booking nightmare.  Additionally, as an owner, we have multiple hooks in the water in the form of multi-channel booking options including VRBO, ABNB, TripAdvisor and our own website.  So I can't stress enough my need for the Syncbnb platform to take care of not only the multiple calendar two-way blocking system but also the dashboard where you can quickly see your bookings and their sources.  I also used their migration service to help populate data across the booking channels as well.  Basically, Synbnb lives and breathe the unfortunately necessary pain points of managing property(s) from a technical and detailed standpoint, but they also "get it" as far as the travel vertical.  They do actively blog and send update emails to keep you up to date but to also gently "nudge" you on reminders and best practice initiatives.  Their live chat is great as well.  I get the sense that they are a small, focused "all hands on deck" kind of company, which I prefer.  I highly recommend their service and if you are like me, and can't afford to make a mistake with a vendor, then Syncbnb is a no brainer.

**What do you dislike about Hosthub?**

Nothing.  I'm less concerned about a mobile app as others are.  I believe there are some other areas of the industry that Syncbnb could grab some market share and add to their portfolio such as a flexible payment gateway for guests (surprisingly lacking) and perhaps a team of web designers to help homeowners who don't have the time to find a developer or talent.

**Recommendations to others considering Hosthub:**

No brainer.  It will save you so much headache and unnecessary time spent on something so easy to implement.

**What problems is Hosthub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate booking and calendar function without the headaches of manually tracking your reservations and booking.  This provides more time for me to market my property and I really don't concern myself with Syncbnb on it 24/7.

I have been using syncbnb for about 1 year now,  I have 7 rentals, I wanted to find a tool that could manage all my rental platform calendars and take the stress out of keeping them synced. Syncbnb was that tool. 1 better the customer service has been great, they have always been very helpful when I have reached out for assistance, and always get the job done!

the service is new, and they are still working out some minor kinks, but nothing that would make me ever think about cancelling my service.

**What do you like best about Hosthub?**

I recently opened a guesthouse and advertise on more than one channel, so I needed a booking management system. I tried one company which didn't work out well. Then I turned to syncbnb and it has been plain sailing. I'm sure other companies offer equally good systems but I really like the customer service. It's quick, efficient and polite.

**What do you dislike about Hosthub?**

I haven't found anything to dislike yet. 

**What problems is Hosthub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing different channel booking systems for our guesthouse.

The app is fantastic and saves me so much time and stress.  Allows me to spend time marketing my properties. 
The support is second to none. I have never had to ask twice not have I had to wait. 
Friendly efficient and effective 
Without a doubt the best on the market

Nothing to dislike   I look forward to the upcoming features

The online support service is brilliant, The service was super easy to set up and and questions I have had are usually answered in minutes. It seems like good value to me too.

Nothing at all, it is a super system with great service

We are synchronisation vacations calendars but they have also found us new places to place adverts and gain bookings.

Syncbnb has been a very useful application for me during the last two months that i have been using it .It makes my job a lot easier as it can synchronize my calendars between channels really quick and relieves me from extra workload.

**What do you dislike about Hosthub?**

Nothing important really.Just a few minor tweeks that could improve the application's accessibility through a mobile device, such as a mobile app .

I like the ease of using the software. Managing through the Calendar and looking at bookings is perfectly laid out. Quick and efficient to use

It would be very helpful to manage rates across all channels the same way I do availability.
