What do you like best about Symtrain?

We are a global BPO that has used role plays and simulations with agents on the floor in the past. We switched to SymTrain because we support multiple lines of businesses across all industries and SymTrain is flexible enough to do that with us.

It's extremely easy to use in all of our training and onboarding processes, and our team who creates the syms is constantly creating new things for us. We actually know what's happening in coaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symtrain?

We support both voice and chat for our customers but we could only use SymTrain for Voice. It was difficult having to make multiple versions on content for 2 different channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
