The least helpful thing about symplr is trying to get assistance. They have a multi-tiered process that takes way too long and the first couple tiers of representatives are not usually able to help you. The software is pretty user friendly and easy to learn how to use. The training material was very helpful in learning how to best utilize the system. I use this every day at my job and am constantly scheduling staff or moving/changing shifts. This product makes it easy to implement schedules, as well as do my day-to-day work within the software. I have integrated other dept's schedules on API and provided teaching on how to use it, and the feedback I've received on the ease of product use has been great.
