**What do you like best about SFX Assessments?**

There are a lot of things that Symphony Talent can help with. I appreciate the many different resources that ST can help with. From our CRM to our website to our programmatic, they have many different resources for talent acquisition.

**What do you dislike about SFX Assessments?**

My main complaint is that since some of their technology is newer we have some growing pains with waiting for new pieces or them not having it ready yet. But that's also a good thing in the sense we can provide good feedback on what they need to add in and they can add it.

**What problems is SFX Assessments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ST helps us to find quality candidates and encourage them to apply for positions within our organization.

The ability to check my candidate's skills before sending them to a client is fantastic

**What do you dislike about SFX Assessments?**

Don't love that they can't use shortcuts and that the test doesn't mention that. The only way for them to know is if I tell them first
