There is really nothing I like about the tool or the platform. My headline says it all. I would strongly advise against adopting Swish.AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Swish has been around for almost 8 years, yet they have failed to gain any significant traction in the market, despite tens of millions invested by VCs and private investors. The platform is a standalone AI tool for IT Service Management. Most ITSM tools already have built-in AI. So what is the point of having a separate AI tool? There is just no product/market fit here. I don't believe this company has any chance of success. They might be able to survive as a tiny consulting firm with a glitchy software product. But they will never IPO. I also doubt if they will raise additional capital given their record of failure so far. And I don't believe they are an attractive acquisition target. My advice is to avoid this product altogether!
