I find it really convenient to have your important marketing parameters performance in one place which really helps to understand the situation and plan. **What do you dislike about SweetIQ?** The thing which needs improvement is the quality and pace of the support provided by SweetIQ. The time to bring in the changes is frustrating. The platform itself is easy enough to use, though some of the language used isn't as clear as I'd like and has caused some confusion. There were times I needed to access the FAQ section to figure out what to even call the task I was trying to accomplish. Otherwise, updates and review responses/Q&As are completed in real-time which is nice, as we have a retail arm of our business and changes need to happen quickly sometimes. **What do you dislike about SweetIQ?** This may be entirely due to the package we have with SweetIQ/Uberall, but I feel that there isn't as much functionality as I'd like and Yelp is not integrated for our agreement. That has caused some frustration because all Yelp changes for our retail locations have to be made piecemeal and manually. **Recommendations to others considering SweetIQ:** To get the full range of functionality, I believe you'd need to up your package with them to max level. That said, we have had an amazing customer success rep who has made learning the platform and navigating it much easier. She is lovely to work with and always so responsive! **What problems is SweetIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are responding real-time to our customer reviews on Google (and we get a LOT of them). It's been a really helpful platform for reputation management and ensuring that customer reviews and questions are addressed in a timely and professional manner. We also had a lot of closings last year - some due to COVID, some more random (weather-related, etc.). We used SweetIQ/Uberall to make changes to our listings in those scenarios. ### 9. I truly appreciate the effort this team makes to keep our clients in check and support our efforts to build our business. **What do you dislike about SweetIQ?** There's not much not to like. I've been working with this platform for over two years and the experience has been tremendous. If there's one thing we'd like to see happen soon, it's Waze integration. **What problems is SweetIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simply being able to offer my clients a best-in-class solution and explain why using SWIQ is beneficial to their business has allowed our business to grow significantly. I also appreciate how my clients can keep track of all of their listings throughout all of the different directories. **What do you dislike about SweetIQ?** What I dislike most about SweetIQ is their customer support or lack thereof. It takes days to get a response and when I get a response, it's usually not very helpful. I think SweetIQ would be a much better platform if they had a better customer support team. **What problems is SweetIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** SweetIQ Analytics help businesses see their progress on Google, which helps businesses thrive and grow. ### 11. Unfortunately SweetIQ seriously lacks in execution and even more so in their support. **What do you dislike about SweetIQ?** SweetIQ has many issues. Being able to see customer insights for a business tend to be unreliable when it come to IF they will show up. Support does not resolve issues in a timely manner (if ever) often issues can go on for months with no update. Features of their dashboard do not work as they should and often stop working. **Recommendations to others considering SweetIQ:** Research other options out there. The lack of quality support is a major downfall. Things go wrong often and often the support staff is unable to fix the issue and unable to give an estimate of how long it will take to fix issues. SweetIQ is very unreliable when it comes to their own product. **What problems is SweetIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a way to see insights from Google for multiple business locations that we manage. Unfortunately the insights are not always available through the SweetIQ platform. If it worked reliably, this would be a huge benefit to our company. It worked fine for the first few months but eventually began to crumble apart. ### 12. This product rarely works, if at all. Support is noted as "24 hour support" but good luck reaching anyone to help you during the holiday season because the entire office is closed for weeks at a time. When you do hear back from support they tell you that you should see insights within 7 days, when the 7 days ends and you still do not see insights they send you another email saying that they will appear within a certain timeframe and so on and so forth. It's not uncommon for multiple issues to go unresolved for months at a time. **What do you dislike about SweetIQ?** I'm sure I could write a small novel about all of the frustrations my company has had working with this company. Probably the worst part of working with this company was the ton of additional work that was added onto my workload because of having to correct the multiple errors they left on all of my clients listings, documenting all of those errors, recovering angry clients that were unhappy with their dashboard and also losing the clients that we could not recover. I spent more time putting out fires because of SweetIQ than being able to focus on my own assigned duties. Complete waste of time that neither myself or my colleagues can get back. Then after all of this, they offered to clean up the mess, that they made, for an additional cost. Ridiculous. **Recommendations to others considering SweetIQ:** Don't do it. Use Yext. **What problems is SweetIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** SweetIQ only added to our problems. Consequently, we have lost countless hours and lost multiple clients because of their negligence. ### 13. It has a lot of reporting data on local keywords and coverage. The review solicitation capabilities are standard and definitely more than what you could do on your own. The aggregator relationships and directory coverage helps. **What do you dislike about SweetIQ?** Our experience has been poor with the account managers. It takes a while to get a hold of one and the process for changes can take some time. We have had challenges getting information from representatives and having our issues addressed. **Recommendations to others considering SweetIQ:** If you don't plan on contacting anyone, the tool is very productive. Learn to take things into your own hands when dealing with account managers. **What problems is SweetIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have implemented a review strategy using SweetIQ and have gained local coverage on directories to 99%.
