I like that there is a comprehensive dashboard where you can do everything in one place. The platform itself is easy enough to use, though some of the language used isn't as clear as I'd like and has caused some confusion. There were times I needed to access the FAQ section to figure out what to even call the task I was trying to accomplish. Otherwise, updates and review responses/Q&As are completed in real-time which is nice, as we have a retail arm of our business and changes need to happen quickly sometimes. This may be entirely due to the package we have with SweetIQ/Uberall, but I feel that there isn't as much functionality as I'd like and Yelp is not integrated for our agreement.
