"Great Product"

What do you like best about SutiExpense?

We have SUTI for 3 years now in a company that has grown from 30 to 120 employees in that same time. SUTI has been more then helpful with our growing pains and special needs. I had looked at many options from expensify to concour none that even compare, the support is impersonal and cost often high. With SUTI the support is top notch and often you even receive a phone call to resolve the more technical needs you may have. IT has been nice to grown with SUTI in the last few years and i look forward to many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Problematic - better options out there"

What do you like best about SutiExpense?

There is not much I like about Suti but I guess the best thing about it is that there is an app, though I do not use it and prefer to use the web version. It allows you to connect directly to your credit card provider to import transactions, though the connection frequently does not work. Suti is one of the cheaper options out there for expense reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SutiExpense?

The platform is not user-friendly. The connection to our credit card provider frequently gets messed up and I have to reconnect each month in order to import my transactions. I am not able to add transactions directly to the website without importing them first, which, as I've already mentioned, is problematic. The way our expense accounts are set up does not lend itself well to Suti, though they did work with us to set it up as best as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SutiExpense solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of our users are losing their credit card integration connection and have questions each month for how to import their transactions. Our financial administrator frequently spends time each month working on other employee's reports that they should be doing themselves but they have so many problems that they are not able to complete their reports without her help. Reporting is not great. It is hard to run a report across multiple users to get an overall view of our expenses. I'm sure there is functionality in the software to run these kinds of reports but it is not intuitive for how to do them.

The benefits have been a cost-effective way to move to electronic expense reporting, allowing us to cut down on printed reports. We like being able to go back and look at electronic expense reports rather than digging through the file room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to use... Especially the mobile app"

What do you like best about SutiExpense?

The ability to scan my receipts on the mobile app and then how it transitions seamlessly over to the website without any hitches. This is especially useful when I am traveling and want to get my receipts scanned right away so I do not lose them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SutiExpense?

Once you use a receipt and attach it to a transaction, it is tough to get back a deleted receipt. I wish it would be easier to bring back a deleted or used receipt so that I do not have to scan it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have trouble with the web page whenever I try to do two windows on my laptop. There are issues with the orientation on my iPad. The app will not rotate to horizontal orientation making it difficult to use my keyboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
