**What do you like best about SurveyStance?**

As a business owner, I've learned that if you want feedback from your customers, it has to be quick and easy!  And, it's best to grab that review as soon as the product or service is provided.  Survey Stance has created a fun, simple way to get that immediate feedback from my customers!  The kiosk and email signature have been  salutary in improving my business.

**What do you dislike about SurveyStance?**

I can't think of anything I "dislike" about Survey Stance.

**Recommendations to others considering SurveyStance:**

It's so easy to use and requires no commitment/contract.  You have nothing to lose just trying it.

**What problems is SurveyStance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a problem in production that we would not have otherwise discovered.  We were able to address the issue which will ultimately improve our business and keep our customers happy. It was also great to hear that customers have been happy with the accommodations we made during Covid19.

**What do you like best about SurveyStance?**

I love that Survey Stance is accessible to all ages and abilities. The use of icons and emojis facilitates understanding for all languages and comprehension levels. 

**What do you dislike about SurveyStance?**

I would love to see a discount rate for organizations that choose to use Survey Stance for a full year instead of receiving a monthly bill. 

**What problems is SurveyStance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Survey Stance kiosk have improved our percentage of participation in feedback surveys across all topics. The simplicity and accessibility of the kiosks makes it easy to receive input from all our patrons.
