While I like being able to create my own reports, I do not like how tedious it is (all the drop down menus) to get add the specific data point I am looking for. It would be beneficial to be able to easily include all data points from a certain section. Survey monkey is by far one of the best methods I’ve found for online surveys. I can use it for work related themes or personal. I’ve seen several companies using it as well and i pretty much enjoy taking those type Of surveys. They get you the job done. The thing that I do not like about the program is that at first it does take a while to figure out how to use the site, due to the large amount of options that are given in order to fit everyone's needs. However, there are many training videos, sites, and customer service that is over the top and willing to help anyone having issues at first with learning how to use the software to its best ability for your current needs.
