We deployed survey kiosks using SurveyApp in more than 50 government departments in Malta. The system was very successful and really improved the way we gather and analyse customer feedback. Deployment was straightforward using iPad based kiosks and enclosures. The survey design tool is versatile and intuitive, and it gives you the possibility to apply your own company branding. Unattended surveys can be deployed in strategic locations and customers can easily express their satisfaction levels with just a tap on a screen. What truly sets SurveyApp apart, however, is the actionable insights it delivers. The real-time data analytics, reporting facilities and alerts system provide a comprehensive overview of customer sentiment, allowing our Quality Assurance Department to identify trends and pinpoint areas for improvement. With this invaluable information in hand we can make informed decisions that drive customer satisfaction and improve the department's performance. The system also includes a suite of device management tools that facilitate the remote management of all survey kiosks. For example, we can monitor which devices are online and which devices are offline through a dashboard, we can programme which surveys are displayed and at what time on each survey kiosk using the survey scheduling tool, and we can apply changes across all survey kiosks using a robust survey distribution process. I must also commend SurveyApp for their outstanding customer support service. From the initial setup to ongoing assistance, their support staff has always been responsive and helpful. The only downside we encountered with SurveyApp was occasional delays in generating and downloading reports in Excel format. The interface for survey respondants and the ease to customize surveys is amazing. The quick response from customer service was impressive, and setting up what we needed was effortless. We had a issue with lack of information on the alerts. when the email alerts came in i could not tell which location it came from without logging into the app or webpage... but this was quickly rectified by support they added the feature to the email and working on it for the push notification now.
