We deployed survey kiosks using SurveyApp in more than 50 government departments in Malta. The system was very successful and really improved the way we gather and analyse customer feedback. Deployment was straightforward using iPad based kiosks and enclosures. The survey design tool is versatile and intuitive, and it gives you the possibility to apply your own company branding. Unattended surveys can be deployed in strategic locations and customers can easily express their satisfaction levels with just a tap on a screen.
