I like that Surveyapp - Smiley Feedback Surveys and Kiosk is very intuitive. Its display is simple and easy to understand, with big icons and big text, making it easy to use. Our respondents seem to understand what's being asked of them very easily.

We deployed survey kiosks using SurveyApp in more than 50 government departments in Malta. The system was very successful and really improved the way we gather and analyse customer feedback. I must also commend SurveyApp for their outstanding customer support service. From the initial setup to ongoing assistance, their support staff has always been responsive and helpful.
