**What do you like best about SurePrep?**

All the details and accurate work is possible on only SurePrep.
If a fresher tax return prepare starts working he/she can easily learn it in a very short time.

**What do you dislike about SurePrep?**

I observed that sometimes it logged out automatically when we don't use for a minutes.

**What problems is SurePrep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's all about time saving for tax return reviewer. They can save all the details from SurePrep like which document is missing, How many pages are there in the tax return, who is the owner of the file etc..
