In addition to their design savvy, working within the Superside platform and working with the Project Managers has been a breeze. The PMs are diligent when reviewing and outlining project scopes, quick and clear with responses, and overall our weekly calls are fun and productive. The people are fantastic. Turnaround times are fast. The messaging and project management platform is really helpful and has eased a lot of transition overhead as our team evolves. My favorite part of working with Superside was the account management / administration. No matter what happened, there were always several individuals who cared deeply about the work quality and made sure that projects were completed at a high level and in a timely fashion. There are times when members of the team turn over, particularly because contracts are a year long and individuals may move projects or leave the company altogether, but Superside was always very active in making sure that projects were handed off seamlessly such that there was rarely any real disruption to timelines.
