We are able to build customised learning paths for our teams, leveraging freely available resources such as YouTube. We have mapped our engineering career framework and now my team has visibility into what's expected in their role and what they need to do to develop the skills and grow. **What do you dislike about SuperPath?** The reporting and analytic tools are basic, **What problems is SuperPath solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enables me to build and manage my teams training paths. It is easy to track their progress because it is all centrailised in one app ### 2. This makes it difficult for us to make them complete one pathway before getting to the next because we've already uploaded the content as we're building new paths. **What problems is SuperPath solving and how is that benefiting you?** The self-guided training pathways have allowed our staff and volunteer committees to accommodate/ meet with our State Chapters to train. The time we've saved will enable us to focus on other important things within our organization! ### 3. It enables us to create and monitor career paths for our employees and gamify the adoption. **What do you dislike about SuperPath?** Until now, we haven't come up with any dislikeable aspect. Simon, from Superpath always listens to our feedback and promptly solves issues and helps us with new features. **What problems is SuperPath solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem was getting information about all the training people were doing and controlling if the required training was being completed, both for compliance and technical reasons. With gamification, people want their names on the top of the letterboard. ### 4.
