**What do you like best about Superfone?**

It helps in managing teams and provides extensions to connect with a dedicated team person.
Also, helps in the recoding of all the calls, which will be used forthe  QA report.

**What do you dislike about Superfone?**

They do not have integration to automatically pass the data to the crm like zoho. They require bridging tools like pabbly.

**What problems is Superfone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us in managing incoming clients calls. And also share the recordings of the calls that is used by our QA team to mantain the quality of support given on voice calls.

Extremely cost effective and great set of features for small teams and their basic needs ..

**What do you dislike about Superfone?**

Android only so far, some of our users are on iPhone so they can't use this.... Plus only have quarterly or annual plans. No monthly plans

**What problems is Superfone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy accessible tool for iVr on the go for small and medium businesses what else do you want.....

**What do you like best about Superfone?**

It has been highly beneficial for me that Superfone offers VoIP calls, CRM platform, and Whatsapp API in one solution.  This cost effectiveness compared to some highly complex and sophisticated software meant for large enterprises makes Superfone a cost effective product for my business.

**What do you dislike about Superfone?**

It appears to me that call analytics in Superfone seem to be not well developed. This is because these features are lacking from the platform and restricts the platforms ability to offer a full communication management solution.

**What problems is Superfone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With VoIP calling, Superfone targets small business communication needs, stapled with CRM and Whatsapp API.  It also eradicates the problem of having to subscribe to different platforms, and streamlines communication steps.

**What do you like best about Superfone?**

Superfone has many exciting features like report tracking means me and my sales team can check out the sales on weekly, monthly or yearly basis in very attractive manner.  We use it for our custome caller tunes and call recordings of the sales team. Also it tracks team activity and task assignment to the team members which is very productive and easy to use. And best feature is that it uses whatsapp marketing, which is most important for my company to have it because our maximum leads comes from it.

**What do you dislike about Superfone?**

It costs very highly for their ELITE customers and IVR systems are not present in their free trial, which means user needs to take paid plans everytime. And in paid plans also, IVR lags many times and it is very slow than other CRM tools.

**What problems is Superfone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do our number masking and IVR calls from Superfone for increasing sales of our services and products. Our main sales is targeted over whatsapp, so we use its integrated whatsapp API to have a broadcast groups and create a chatbots in it to do marketing of out products. Callings and recordings are done using Superfone and that's how we solve our all CRM issues using superfone.

All-in-One Functionality. Superfone combines business phone services, CRM, and marketing tools in one app, reducing the need for separate platforms and improving efficiency for small businesses

**What do you dislike about Superfone?**

Limited Global Reach: Superfone is designed for the Indian market, so some features, like integrations with local ad networks or services, may not be as applicable outside this region

Its shared business phone number and permissions for team members enable smoother internal collaboration, with options like call recording, tracking, and transfer​
