**What do you like best about Super.work?**

I really like the way I can ask questions directly without going through different departments, which reduces the time I spend on sourcing and collecting data. It improved how I access information. I also love that Super.work provides quotations of where the information came from, allowing me to get directed into the Slack thread, slide document, or past conversations where the information was discussed. This feature is particularly helpful because it's really hard to keep on top of so many communications and updates within the company.

**What do you dislike about Super.work?**

It's not an AI system that could be used for any more analytical projects like Claude or ChatGPT projects. It's very well kept within the information already added into it, through integrations with Slide or Slack Communications. So if you ask a question regarding a more analytical approach or visual loads, it's not the go-to for those cases. It's just a knowledge base.

**What problems is Super.work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super.work speeds up accessing information by connecting to various tools. I ask questions directly, reducing time spent on sourcing data and eliminating dependence on others. It provides context by showing the origin of information.

**What do you like best about Super.work?**

Super helps us structure our internal docs and procedures in one place. We can also connect and integrate it with other software, such as Slack and Intercom, and even pull in content from our own customer support portal, so we can use it internally almost every day!

Connecting other integrations and adding Super to our internal procedures was a piece of cake!

**What do you dislike about Super.work?**

I can't think of any at the moment, but we will surely reach out to their support if needed. They tend to be very responsive and helpful!

**What problems is Super.work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, Super helps us keep everything organized, and we use it every day. Our entire internal documentation is hosted in Super, and with their new AI tool, it’s almost effortless to find anything we need.

**What do you like best about Super.work?**

I use Super.work for getting quick answers for my job. It helps me find old tickets that correlate with the ticket I'm currently working on, which is really helpful so I don't have to dig through everything myself. I like that it gives me the ticket numbers so I can look at them myself, even though it pulls everything up for me to investigate further. It's helpful to grab the ticket number and look up old tickets for others, which improves my understanding and communication with customers.

**What do you dislike about Super.work?**

It is very slow. I do understand that there's a lot to go through, but I'm answering calls in real time, and sometimes it's a little slow.

**What problems is Super.work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Super.work to get quick answers and find related old tickets, saving me from digging through everything myself.

**What do you like best about Super.work?**

This is a new tool we’re using in our company, and it’s actually my best coworker! I rely on it for customer cases, and its responses are very accurate and to the point. I literally use it every day.

**What do you dislike about Super.work?**

Hmm, sometimes when we update information in our system, it still shows outdated details and suggests guidelines that are no longer active. Only after you point this out does it search for the correct information

It provides information very quickly. In large companies, communication can sometimes be challenging and a bit slow, so this tool is super helpful for getting answers fast. It also helps me become a better customer support agent.

I would say definitely the quality of the retrieval and the ease of the integrations to the data sources.

**What do you dislike about Super.work?**

Sometimes, it doesn't show well what Notion pages are synchronized. The Notion metadata, like page properties in databases, are not synchronized yet, so it's not able to use that data to help the retrieval.

**What problems is Super.work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super.work helps me merge multiple document sources like Notion and Slack, becoming a source of truth and exposing contradictions in documentation.

I like that with Super.work, the answers are easy to find and it cites the resources. It allows me to access more information if needed without having to bother other colleagues for answers or spend a lot of time doing in-depth searches on platforms where the search functionality isn't great. It saves me time and helps me avoid waiting for responses from others. It's also really easy for me to create my own account and start using it.

Nothing specific - so far has been very helpful.

**What do you like best about Super.work?**

I’ve been using Super.Work for almost a year now, and as an Account Executive responsible for RFPs, it’s honestly been a game changer.
It’s especially valuable for everything related to RFP responses, as well as the security and legal sections, which usually take a huge amount of time.
It allows me to respond much faster and stay autonomous, without constantly pulling in internal stakeholders like the CTO, the Security Officer, or the Legal team.
As a result, it saves a massive amount of time for my colleagues and for me.
At this point, I’d genuinely struggle to work without it.

**What do you dislike about Super.work?**

I don’t have many improvement requests, to be honest.
If I had to mention one, it would be the ability to upload images directly into the platform, for example screenshots, as that could sometimes make things even easier.
But overall, it’s pretty minor and more of a “nice to have” than anything critical.

**What problems is Super.work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super.work is solving the biggest pain point I have with RFPs: the time and complexity of answering them accurately, especially for security and legal sections.
It helps me move much faster while staying confident in the quality of my answers.
The biggest benefit for me is the time saved, but also the fact that I can avoid mistakes and inconsistencies in my responses.
It also gives me a lot more autonomy on topics where I’m not the expert, like legal and security, without constantly needing to involve internal teams.

Sometimes missing key documents to craft a reply. Slack integration sometimes struggles to fetch the right conversations (when I know those exists)

Central way to answer questions across many source of truth (bigquery, Slite, Slack, Github), huge decrease in questions asked to ME as well (big time saver)

The Gong integration doesn't link properly to Gong calls, forcing me to manually re-search for them within Gong :(

I love that I can find our Workspace’s information all in one place, without having to navigate around or search endlessly. The answers are clear, and there’s also a history of what I’ve asked, so I can go back and track it if needed.

Great for new starters. The fact that Super can do a deep search of repositories is really helpful when you’re just getting started.

I don’t like that it can sometimes miss information during a search.
