**What do you like best about SuiteSync?**

I rarely have to interact with the app - it just does a good job importing transactions and keeping the systems in sync. It also allows us to charge Stripe payment methods from within Netsuite and set up automated charges. Lastly, it makes rev rec considerably easier because it maps fields from Stripe into Netsuite that save us a lot of trouble at EoM. We've only had to reach out to their customer support once in the last 5+ years.

**What do you dislike about SuiteSync?**

I wish that there was an API that I could use to interact with it. That would allow me to automate additional behavior on top of what comes out of the box.

Also it's a bit bothersome that I can't tell SuiteSync to adopt certain default behaviors when there's a sync error - as opposed to having to login to the app and remediate the error manually every time one arises.

It would also be amazing if there was a way to sync subscriptions from Stripe into Netsuite in the same manner that is already done for transactions - but unfortunately there isn't yet.

**What problems is SuiteSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suitesync solves 2 main concerns for us:
1) Syncing transactions to Netsuite for AR purposes
2) Charging customers for their Netsuite invoices using Stripe payment methods (essentially allowing Netsuite to use Stripe as payment gateway)
