I use SuiteSpot Maintenance for managing services smoothly from employees to residents, and I really appreciate its database feature that allows me to quickly access a record of history with input from other team members on completed or ongoing requests. It solves the problem of managing work requests the old-fashioned way with paper because now everything is available fast and easy on the go with the mobile version. I like that it gives a broad and easy view of all work and information needed to complete tasks effectively, and the ease of completion for tasks and inputting information without having to click and scroll through thousands of pages. They take up over half of the screen, making it difficult to see more than 7 requests on a page. Removing the graphs would free up the space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I use SuiteSpot Maintenance to handle service requests efficiently, keeping track of records and communicating with my team. When you forgot the work order number and enter apartment in the search bar, if you open one W/O and see that it was not the right one, instead of taking you back to the apartment number work orders. you have to start again. When you raise an issue, you are able to process the request and approve it to a specific vendor. The purchase orders are now created faster versus a year ago when it took a few hours to generate. SuiteSpot has changed the way we manage our maintenance processes. It was incredibly quick and easy to set up while still giving us the flexibility needed to manage our maintenance processes across our portfolio. The integration with Yardi is a huge help as it eliminates duplication of work and gives everyone access to the information they need, especially helpful for proving resident damages. Requires some set up if you need to customize your reports and workflows to make sure it is working correctly for your business. Like with any new software, the set up can be time-consuming but once it is done, it is totally with it!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SuiteSpot Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you? All of our records are now digitized and we can retrieve them at the click of a button. This has helped us with compliance and resolving disputes, as well as making our reporting much faster and easier. Our building staff found the app really easy to learn and use compared to the Yardi maintenance app we tried previously. The purchase order process on SuiteSpot can be lengthy, usually around 30 mins to generate a purchase order number, when other platforms do this instantaneously.
