It solves the problem of managing work requests the old-fashioned way with paper because now everything is available fast and easy on the go with the mobile version. I like that it gives a broad and easy view of all work and information needed to complete tasks effectively, and the ease of completion for tasks and inputting information without having to click and scroll through thousands of pages. **What do you dislike about SuiteSpot Maintenance?** The graphs are awful, and it's better if they were like bars or just disabled. They take up over half of the screen, making it difficult to see more than 7 requests on a page. Removing the graphs would free up the space. **What problems is SuiteSpot Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SuiteSpot Maintenance to handle service requests efficiently, keeping track of records and communicating with my team. It solved the problem of paper-based work requests, providing a fast, mobile solution. The app gives a broad view of tasks, making completion and information input easy without complex navigation. ### 2. You are able to enter line by line of items that need to be repaired/replaced **What do you dislike about SuiteSpot Maintenance?** When you forgot the work order number and enter apartment in the search bar, if you open one W/O and see that it was not the right one, instead of taking you back to the apartment number work orders. you have to start again. **What problems is SuiteSpot Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to complete all maintenance isswues on one platform. When you raise an issue, you are able to process the request and approve it to a specific vendor. The purchase orders are now created faster versus a year ago when it took a few hours to generate. ### 3. It was incredibly quick and easy to set up while still giving us the flexibility needed to manage our maintenance processes across our portfolio. The integration with Yardi is a huge help as it eliminates duplication of work and gives everyone access to the information they need, especially helpful for proving resident damages. There's really nothing like it! **What do you dislike about SuiteSpot Maintenance?** Requires some set up if you need to customize your reports and workflows to make sure it is working correctly for your business. Like with any new software, the set up can be time-consuming but once it is done, it is totally with it!! **What problems is SuiteSpot Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our records are now digitized and we can retrieve them at the click of a button. This has helped us with compliance and resolving disputes, as well as making our reporting much faster and easier. Our building staff found the app really easy to learn and use compared to the Yardi maintenance app we tried previously. Switching to SuiteSpot has given us a much better process for maintenance and work orders that integrates perfectly with our Yardi PMS. ### 4. In addition, the platform does not allow admins to add vendors, which is inconvenient. **What problems is SuiteSpot Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you?** SuiteSpot has allowed for the purchase order creation process to become more simple. ### 5.
