What do you like best about SuiteDynamics?

The Suite Dynamics team communicates well, stays on schedule and is very conscious of budget restraints/concerns. They took the time to really listen to our needs and created a NetSuite instance customized to our business and provided ample training and resources. Recommendations to others considering SuiteDynamics:

Ask every question you can think of when you are implementing a CRM. Make sure you consider all team members affected and how they interact with your current software and how they will interact with the new software. What problems is SuiteDynamics solving and how is that benefiting you?
