The platform is intuitive, easy to use and the customer service is top notch for whenever I've had a question. **What do you dislike about Stratly?** The creation of thank you letters to go with the tax receipts was a bit cumbersome but not a big issue. **What problems is Stratly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of my donations and being able to index the data makes one of the more challenging jobs of a charity much easier ### 3. Ability to easily set up projects to track donations allocated to different projects. Filters to customize reports and views specific to our charity. Excellent customer service and follow up. Intuitive interface. No cost for small non-profits. **What do you dislike about Stratly?** No downside, but it would be nice to have a settlement report that displays and exports the donations with fees that match the amount deposited. **What problems is Stratly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time on administrative duties. Having all our data in one place removing integration issues. Quick and accurate reporting that can be generated on demand. ### 4. Stratly has been great for all around feature use, and has allowed for us to effectively keep track of all the data that we need. Hailey has been a wonderful Account Manager! Very knowledgeable and helpful. **What do you dislike about Stratly?** I don't have anything bad to say about Stratly. It's been great! **What problems is Stratly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stratly is helping us with donor management, volunteer management, administration and reporting. ### 5.
