This is essential for achieving alignment with goals. In-app training and tutorials enable self-directed learning, which saves managers time and makes the adoption of the platform easier and faster. The application of AI tools via the Digital Manager lets managers focus on tasks or activities that have gone off-track. This eliminates wasted conversations and allows managers to focus on the most critical actions where they can provide support and guidance. **What do you dislike about StrategyX?** At times it can be frustrating to work within the structure but I understand why it's necessary. I would love to see a 3-way forecasting tool but I understand that's on the horizon. Navigation for entering data for some of the reports could be quicker. **What problems is StrategyX solving and how is that benefiting you?** StrategyX gives me a framework to facilitate taking strategic thoughts into an actionable plan. Attaching goals and responsibility for individuals with appropriate SMART measures to enable delivery. All teams members have constant access to the communication of the strategy and their responsibilities. It allows me to have a consistent dialogue with owners, managers and staff. It's customer agnostic which enables me to implement it to any of my clients. Being a digital tool, I can now service clients anywhere, which allows me to grow my own business. ### 3. Before finding this platform our strategy at best was a culmination of several expert inputs that remained in the minds of our consultants and strategists. Now we have been able to completely put our entire strategy down so that all departments are aligned with our overall business goals. I can't believe we are able to create, plan, and execute our strategies company-wide from a single platform. **What do you dislike about StrategyX?** It's hard to find something to dislike about the platform. They are constantly bringing in new features and innovations that help drive the execution of business strategy. **What problems is StrategyX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The SX platform has helped us solve one of our biggest pitfalls, executing on high-level strategies. After speaking with an implementation coach, we were able to nail down our strategy, organize our departments and staff, and align every metric in our business with the platform so that all of our reporting and presentations can come directly from the platform. Automation ensures nothing slips through the cracks, things are getting done in a way that benefits the business the most, and there's a continual feedback loop between staff and management or between departments. Everyone knows what they should be doing, and management has complete visibility. **What do you dislike about StrategyX?** One strength of the platform is it holds everyone accountable to report progress on any given task, especially if you're going to miss a deadline. It's not that I dislike it, but it was an adjustment to adopt a new level of accountability which wasn't all that comfortable initially. **Recommendations to others considering StrategyX:** The hardest part of any strategy is implementing it. StrategyX is designed to help you do that and put you in complete control of your business, even if you're not a business expert. The main thing it does is give CEOs and leaders more time to focus on their core business and future innovations. You have confidence knowing the company is operating as it should, and nothing is getting missed. It's also an excellent product for team culture and employee morale.
