It allows us to facilitate programs in a much more efficient manner **What do you dislike about Strategypoint?** Although I didn't find many downsides, it took me a while to get up to speed with the Platform. I find that with every new platform that we utilize. **What problems is Strategypoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we developed our plans in a very ad hoc manner. This streamlined the process and allowed us more time to focus on advising and mentoring the Stakeholder Teams ### 2. The staff and templates will help get the strategy going even if it is not perfect. **What do you dislike about Strategypoint?** My business lacked strategic focus and alignment, which it now has at a value with this software.
