"User-Friendly for Video Testimonials, but Pricey"
What do you like best about StoryTap?
StoryTap has a pretty user-friendly interface - I've found it to be easy to use on the back end and I've never heard any negative feedback on the user side when sourcing testimonials (my team uses it for video content in the academic space). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about StoryTap?
The two biggest downsides are the price and the video duration, which is shorter than we’d like. For my team’s purposes, there are more cost-effective alternatives available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
