The ability to invite unlimited users has been a huge advantage for us. It means everybody can access what they need without us worrying about limits or escalating costs. I love that it's very initutive and easy to use. I also like their FAQ's and if I have a more complex question, my emails are always met with kindness and helpfulness. We started a very large product which involved letting several geographically remote employees review 10-year and recent raw video footage to collect clips for an online certification course they were building for one of our services. In the old days, that involved dumping almost a TB of data on an external drive and mailing it out to all parties. Then having guide non-video editing people on how to properly review raw footage files. With a mixed environment of Windows and Mac computers, this make all of that way more complicated to explain to non-tech savy people. ENTER STOCKPRESS. Ian was great during my product demo and really showed how Stockpress was not only the answer to easily hosting all of that raw footage to sort and tag and to share everything out with, but that the overall product wasn't tens of thousands of dollars to purchase or implement either. Super cheap actually when compared to other online, cloud-based systems that I saw. I use Stockpress to store and label photos, and I really appreciate its integration with WordPress for our website, which helps keep dates, photographers, and tags labeled efficiently. What I like most is the AI image recognition feature. Sometimes, I only remember visual elements such as someone wearing purple or the location, but not the specifics like when or by whom it was taken, and this feature helps a lot. I also enjoy the integration with WordPress, the permissions system, and tagging capabilities. Although I haven't tried it yet, I'm excited about the new Canva integration. There are two key things that Stockpress solves for us: (1) with the advent of generative AI schools like ours are having to be far more careful with getting parental consent for the use of photos of pupils and the expiry/withdrawal of that consent. Using a mixture of facial recognition, file status, file expiration and tag categories it us much more feasible for us to cope with this major change. (2) Using a combination of AI tagging, manual tags and collections, the findability of our images has never been easier. In that past we missed opportunities to use great photos simply because we couldn't find the ones we wanted easily.
