## Stockpile Reviews
  ### 1. Stockpile values customers less than profits

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpile?**

In a space dominated by subscription based services Stockpile distinguished themselves by offering competitive—but not necessarily top tier—features without recurring subscription fees.

**What do you dislike about Stockpile?**

I understand the desire for recurring revenue, and the move to a subscription-based model offers that. However, when a service provider forces a user into a choice between paying subscription fees or withdrawing funds the consumer shouldn’t also face a $75 fee to withdraw.

Subscriptions are fine when the value provided justifies it, but eliminating consumer choice by blocking the exit door with even more fees is simply disgusting.

Shame on you Stockpile!

**Recommendations to others considering Stockpile:**

Choose a different service.

**What problems is Stockpile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None! Stockpile is not sufficiently different from other providers, nor does it do anything better than the competition. With the move to a subscription model is is now merely just good enough.

**What do you like best about Stockpile?**

Easy stock options make it a program to try for sure

**What do you dislike about Stockpile?**

Advanced program functions stop me from going further into program

**What problems is Stockpile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My retirement plan is going well

  ### 3. Great for Beginners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Stockpile?**

The $5 stock freebie you get for signing up.

**What do you dislike about Stockpile?**

I have been charged for a returned automatic contribution, that was caused due to me losing my debit card and having to cancel it. I forgot to update it with stockpile and was charged a returned payment fee.

**Recommendations to others considering Stockpile:**

It's a great place to start if you are interested in investing in stocks. Also, with the first stock being a $5 freebie, it's a risk free way to learn.

**What problems is Stockpile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was my entrance into being active in the stock market by myself.
