Stippa Reviews & Product Details

Stippa is online appointment scheduling software for independent service businesses that work by appointment: hairdressers, barbers, nail and beauty salons, physiotherapists, personal trainers, coaches and tattoo studios. It is built in the Netherlands and designed for owners who want less admin and fewer no-shows, without a heavy all-in-one package. Modular by design Every part of Stippa is a module you switch on or off: online booking, online payments, waitlist, recurring appointments, calendar sync, accounting, the till (kassa) and more. You only see what your business actually uses, so the software stays as simple as you need it to be. Online booking, 24/7 Clients book through a booking widget embedded on your own website or through your own booking page (stippa.nl/your-business). The booking flow covers service selection, optional staff choice, real-time availability, client details and optional payment. Clients can confirm, cancel or reschedule themselves via the links in their email, without creating an account. Fewer no-shows Automatic confirmations and reminders by email and WhatsApp. Ask for a deposit or full prepayment per service via iDEAL, card or Apple Pay (Stripe and Mollie). Refunds are handled from the dashboard. Everything in one dashboard - Calendar with per-staff availability, opening hours and one-off exceptions - Staff management with individual schedules - Client profiles with appointment history, notes and custom fields - Recurring appointments and a waitlist that fills cancelled slots - Analytics on bookings, revenue and no-shows - Till (kassa) for checkout at the counter, card terminal payments and walk-in sales Integrations Google Calendar sync (busy time blocks your booking slots automatically), an iCal feed for Apple Calendar and Outlook, automatic invoices in Moneybird and Exact Online, and a REST API with webhooks. Fair, simple pricing A flat monthly fee from €9 per month, with no commission or per-booking fees. 14-day free trial, no credit card required, cancel anytime.
