Modular by design Every part of Stippa is a module you switch on or off: online booking, online payments, waitlist, recurring appointments, calendar sync, accounting, the till (kassa) and more. You only see what your business actually uses, so the software stays as simple as you need it to be. Online booking, 24/7 Clients book through a booking widget embedded on your own website or through your own booking page (stippa.nl/your-business). The booking flow covers service selection, optional staff choice, real-time availability, client details and optional payment. Clients can confirm, cancel or reschedule themselves via the links in their email, without creating an account. Fewer no-shows Automatic confirmations and reminders by email and WhatsApp. Ask for a deposit or full prepayment per service via iDEAL, card or Apple Pay (Stripe and Mollie). Refunds are handled from the dashboard.
