Learning how to operate did not take very much time. **What do you dislike about iManage Records Manager?** Emails and documents can easily be filed in the wrong area. You have to confirm that you are filing correctly. I have had my documents filed somewhere unexpectedly and it has taken quite a bit of time to finally retrieve. **What problems is iManage Records Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** If the documents have been saved correctly, there is little time wasted on finding what I need. It's easy to upload as their is a click and drag feature as well. **What do you dislike about iManage Records Manager?** IManage could do a better job integrating with outlook. Sometimes outlook slows down when using iManage within it. **What problems is iManage Records Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** The program has unfortunately stayed largely the same since I have been using it in 2019 for better or for worse.
