**What do you like best about Stepping Edge?**

They have a strong bench with a wide range of talents and are willing to scale up and down as needed.

**What do you dislike about Stepping Edge?**

We haven't always been able to afford a full team, including project manager and QA, so we have been doing those functions.  This is out of the ordinary for them and they don't always adjust well to sharing the responsibilities

**Recommendations to others considering Stepping Edge:**

For optimal performance, use their full team approach and require strict estimates on work to avoid any misunderstanding on scope creep.

**What problems is Stepping Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stepping Edge stepped in (pardon the pun) when I lost the assistance of our technical co-founders.  They learned our system and worked with us to create a stable platform.   We have been partnering with Sathish and his team for over two years now.
