**What do you like best about Ecomzy?**

Once you get in the habit of breaking down performance by individual product or category instead of just watching total store revenue, you catch problems a lot faster. Combined numbers can look perfectly healthy while one specific line is actually losing money and dragging on the average. Wish i'd started tracking this way from day one instead of a few months in.

**What do you dislike about Ecomzy?**

The dashboard doesn't break this down for you automatically - had to build my own spreadsheet to track performance by product category. A native reporting view that segments this would save a lot of manual work.

Gives me a real business to run, but the responsibility of actually watching the details closely is still mine. Store and fulfillment have been rock solid from the start - never a single issue with products loading, checkout, or delivery. That reliability is what let me isolate the actual problem when sales were flat instead of second-guessing the whole platform.

Wish the dashboard surfaced the traffic-vs-conversion split more clearly for beginners. I had decent traffic for weeks and assumed something must be broken, when really my product descriptions just weren't addressing what my audience actually cared about. Took me longer than it should have to diagnose that myself.

Skeptical. I almost didn't try this because I genuinely thought anything promising margins around 60 to 70 percent was just dressed-up noise for people who hadn't done the math yet - I thought that, and it wasn't. Things that didn't make sense in month two make complete sense now. Why certain products convert in some niches and not others, why ad performance varies week to week without anything actually being wrong, why the slow periods are usually followed by recovery if you don't panic and change everything. None of that was obvious early on and all of it became clear just by staying long enough to see the patterns repeat.

**What do you dislike about Ecomzy?**

No way to benchmark your store's performance against similar stores anonymously. Flying blind on whether your numbers are good or just ok for your niche and price point. Would help to know if a 2% conversion rate is strong or weak in your specific category without having to piece it together from forum posts.

Honestly, what got me was how fast everything was up and running. I'm talking under an hour from signup to having an actual store with products already in it. No blank canvas, no "figure it out yourself" energy - just a fully built storefront ready to go. The digital products catalog is solid too. Stuff that people genuinely search for and buy, not random junk nobody wants. The revenue split is fair (around 65% your way), and the done-for-you ad management is a real game changer if you're not a marketing person. No inventory to manage. Sold custom prints on Etsy for two years and the daily grind of packing orders, dealing with shipping issues, printing labels was real. With Ecomzy that whole operational layer just doesn't exist. I focus on picking products and driving traffic, the rest runs itself.
