What I like best about Stay AI is how it makes subscription management feel simple and flexible without adding a lot of operational overhead. It’s easy to set up, but more importantly, it actually gives customers control over their subscriptions in a way that reduces support tickets and churn. Things like skipping, pausing, or adjusting orders are intuitive for the customer, which takes pressure off the team and keeps the experience smooth.
I also like how well it integrates with Shopify, so subscription data doesn’t feel separate from the rest of the business. It keeps everything connected in one ecosystem, which makes reporting and customer visibility a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Stay AI is that while it’s generally easy for customers to use, some of the backend configuration can feel a bit rigid or less intuitive than I’d like. Certain subscription rules or flows take more tweaking than expected, and it can take some trial and error to get everything behaving exactly how we want. It works well once it’s dialed in, but the setup and edge cases can feel a little less straightforward than the rest of the Shopify ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
