StarScore Pro Reviews & Product Details

AI-powered reputation management for local service businesses. StarScore Pro helps local service businesses — HVAC companies, plumbers, flooring contractors, and more — manage their online reputation without the manual work. Most local businesses lose customers before they ever get a call. Not because of bad service, but because their Google rating looks weak next to a competitor who has 3x the reviews and responds to every one. StarScore Pro fixes that. What it does: • Monitors Google and Facebook reviews in real time and sends instant SMS or email alerts • Uses AI to draft responses in your voice the moment a review posts — you approve, edit, or auto-post • Automates post-job SMS review requests with a built-in satisfaction filter that routes happy customers to Google and catches unhappy ones before they go public • Calculates a proprietary RepScore (0–100) based on rating, response rate, velocity, and sentiment — so you know exactly where you stand • Benchmarks you against local competitors Who it's for: Owner-operated local service businesses that want to protect and grow their Google reputation without hiring a marketing team. Built for HVAC companies first, expanding to plumbing, flooring, and other trades.
