Staffkin Reviews & Product Details

Staffkin is a hiring and onboarding kit for small Canadian employers with 1 to 50 people. Every job holds its own questions, candidates, scores, references and onboarding. Type the role and Staffkin sets up a prescreen and an interview guide from a library of 357 questions across 16 skill areas and 78 common roles, each with a follow-up and a 1 to 5 scoring guide. Email a private prescreen link to candidates, interview with the guide on a phone, tablet or printed PDF, and compare candidates side by side. Reference checks are consent-first: one click asks the candidate to agree, then each referee gets the same short questions by email and the answers land in the candidate report. After the hire, a Canadian onboarding checklist covers the right provincial TD1, direct deposit, safety orientation, WHMIS and 30, 60 and 90-day check-ins. AI drafts interview questions and scoring guides, but it never reads candidates' answers, never scores or ranks candidates and never suggests a hiring decision. Data is stored in Canada. Free for one open job with no card needed; paid plans are $19, $49 and $99 CAD per month.
