Originally, we were looking for an easy and intuitive solution which would complement Microsoft 365 and Teams. We also really like that the Comms module can be really tailored to individual company needs and that you can see instantly how employee performance compares against organisational values and priorities. The software also seamlessly integrates with our LMS platform making the end user experience feel like they are just using one system. **What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?** There can be a few bugs within some of the newest features, but the development team so far has always jumped on these to resolve as soon as possible. **Recommendations to others considering StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform:** StaffCircle is very well priced and has a very solid performance management and comms modules. They also have a family feel which resonated with our family run business ethos. **What problems is StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving our performance management system away from a spreadsheet. By implementing StaffCircle we hope that our managers and employees will have instant visibility of performance and their areas of strength and where they need to improve. Customer support is also excellent, you always get a quick response and able to speak to a human being. **What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?** Some parts of the HR functionality are currently being developed so it's not as extensive as some other software. Yet what I like most about StaffCircle, is the level of customer service they provide. They always respond quickly and efficiently and there's always a human being at the end of the line. Customer support is UK based (they are just expanding into the US) which means easy communication and prompt resolution of any queries. **What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?** The previous provider's lack of customer support! **Recommendations to others considering StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform:** If you can, I would recommend using Performance Management, Culture & Comms and HR % Admin all together. Although you can use the modules separately we realised that after switching all of them on the employee experience of our team was really positively affected. As our team had to work from home, we needed a system to keep track of performance objectives and help with our internal communications.
