What do you like best about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?

My favourite part of using StaffCircle is the Feed. Being able to stay up to date with company news is great. It's so easy to use and I log into StaffCircle every day! I also love the Hierarchies and Time Off features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform?

Sometimes I can find certain processes slightly less intuative than I'd like, such as navigating to previously completed Reviews for my direct reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

StaffCircle allows us to ensure consistency across all teams in terms of managing direct reports. We have implemented Quarterly and Monthly reviews which are all tracked in StaffCircle, allowing you to easily discuss performance with your team and allow for reviewees to add their own responses. it's straigtforward to use and works well as a little hub for the company as a whole, I don't use it very much, but don't find myself cursing my fate when instructed to do anything in it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use and enables me to feedback using their survey functions. It also enables me to keep all my training documents in one place so it's easy to keep track of.
