What problems is SQL Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating Database Backups without impacting SQL Server Performance and lowering Offsite Copies Disk space and network access. Previously we were using Symantec Agents SQL Server Components to gather Database Backups and there was a high impact to Disk Cost, processing time, and End-user Impact.
