**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

I think that this is a program but it still needs improvement to be better, it is good to organize tasks but it could be better.

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

I dislike that this program is really slow. It takes a lot to things to load perfectly and it can be really annoying when you need to do your work fast. The interface is not innovativ

**Recommendations to others considering Sprintly:**

I think people should try the fee trial and see if they like it or not.

we track tasks and issue reporting

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2018

**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

Simple, clean user interface allows users to get up and running quickly

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

No way to plan multiple sprints, categorize issues or organize by features.

**Recommendations to others considering Sprintly:**

If you have a small Agile team and you don't need to plan multiple sprints for multiple features, it can be a great, low-cost solution.

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Sprintly as an issue tracking, sprint planning tool similar to Jira

  ### 4. Great for Team MGMT

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sal R. | College Program Coordinator , Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

We used it to get our office in order w the free trial, the free part was the best part.

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

Not much, it was very efficient and easy to follow along with our whole team understanding.

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a backlog of project we needed to either start up or finish out, sprintly helped us do that.

  ### 6. Great product, bad technology

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrett B. | Front-End Engineer, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2016

**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

The product idea. Tasks, tags, sizes, blockers, someday/backlog/current/completed/accepted.

Bug tracking. Being able to know my backlog and what I should be working. on. My manager being able to see what I'm currently working on. Being able to set a task as blocking me. Subtasks.

I like having a companion with my development. I want sprintly open all the time. I just wish it worked well.

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

The technology is really bad. Design isn't great, but tasks don't show up sometimes. It's hard for me to see my tasks. I don't really trust that each column is correct in my dashboard view. That is incredibly frustrating. And getting notifications from other people's actions in the top left is very frustrating. The front end is a bit slow as well.

I would describe Sprintly as a great idea, but frustrating technology.

I would love it if somebody else(my manager) could prioritize tasks for me.

Subtasks don't work the way I'd like them to. They don't show up in my current view, just the story does. Sometimes, stories are XXXXL and subtasks can be XL. I think subtasks should be able to have subtasks.

**Recommendations to others considering Sprintly:**

Don't use the dashboard view. It's unfortunate, but tasks just don't show up sometimes. If you're ok with sporadic tech, it's useful.

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing stories/tasks/bugs. Being able to communicate with the team and know what I should be working on.

  ### 7. Helps keep projects organized, but the UI could use work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2016

**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

Fairly easy to see what is going on, at a glance. Makes it easy for me, as a remote worker, to stay in the loop on projects.

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

The overall design could be improved upon. The dashboard can get very cluttered, depending on the amount of tasks are on a project.

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work remotely and one of the companies I freelance for uses Sprintly for project management. Without a PM solution, it would be hard for me to stay in the loop and know what my tasks are. Having said that, I have used several other services that I liked more than this one.

  ### 8. Sprintly Helps us Build it Better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor H. | Support, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2016

**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

Sprintly allows for our support team to create tasks and report bugs for our engineering team. This is awesome! Before we had a less than superior option. Sprintly has helped dour team collaborate and track projects that the development team has been working on.

I like that I can report a bug or a task and track it to its completion. It creates transparency and comunication between our teams.

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

There are few things about Sprintly that I don't like. Often times the creation of tasks and bugs is not passed onto our team. They get lost and there isn't a viable way to track them. I wish it was a bit more reliable in this department. I'm sure they will work out the kinks, but for now, I don't 100% trust that things are being tracked and created.

**Recommendations to others considering Sprintly:**

Make sure you look around. Sprintly is great, but another platform could work better for your team. This gets the job done, but still needs a bit of refinement.

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hope to use the product to collaborate on creating and completing tasks. So far it's been pretty good. The largest benefit has been the ability for our support team to create new tasks and reports for our development team.

  ### 9. A lot of functionalities coupled with slow performance.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2016

**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

Sprint.ly does an amazing job at providing engineers with a centralized place to organize their tasks and track them. There are also some great reporting capabilities that offer a high-level overview quickly. The UI is nice and the support staff is very attentive.

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

Sprint.ly is slow. Every action takes time to load, every screen takes time to load. It hampers productivity and increases stress. The engineering team behind Sprintly also seems to be a little slower than their outward facing teams project them to be. No due dates and no sprint capability also hold Sprintly back from being great.

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprintly is a solution to not having an accurate and easy way to track tasks. It gives insight into progress as well.

  ### 10. Easy, Peasy, Beautfiul, Sprintly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harrison B. | Support Team, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2016

**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

Sprintly makes it so easy for our teams to communicate tasks and issues with eachother. Our support team can report bugs we find when communicating with our customer base, which then gets put in front of an engineer to fix. This streamlines and cuts down time spent trying to figure out what needs to get done and when.

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

The sprintly interface is difficult to learn at first. Once you learn it, its easy to navigate around.

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inter-team communication, issue reporting, issue tracking

  ### 11. Perfect for Product Management between Engineers and rest of team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam D. | Enterprise Success Coach, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2016

**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

Great way to manage suggestions and Bug fixes from all department in our company up to our engineers.

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

Can feel a little impersonal, almost as if the engineers are in a separate building. But it does allow for a better work flow for them, so I'm not sure this is Sprintly's fault.

**Recommendations to others considering Sprintly:**

Look into it, it's fairly affordable and I doubt you will be too disappointed.

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't imagine there is a better productivity manager out there, any other tool would be using the same methods that sprintly uses.

  ### 12. Honestly not a big fan.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott C. | Enterprise Product Manager, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2016

**What do you like best about Sprintly?**

The interface for putting in stories is really nice

**What do you dislike about Sprintly?**

Almost the entire user experience/interface is terrible and borderline unusable. Especially from a PM standpoint, it's a nightmare

**Recommendations to others considering Sprintly:**

From a product manager perspective, it's kind of a nightmare

**What problems is Sprintly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this for agile development workflow, it's helped minimally to improve workflows
