Spark Reviews & Product Details

Sponge’s award-winning Learning Management System (LMS), Spark, combines an adaptive system and comprehensive design to support the training needs of large and mid-size organisations, from 1,000 to 10k+ learners. With streamlined and rule-based automated workflows, learning administrators gain time and headspace. Similarly, learners only see the training, documentation, and content that is relevant to them. This creates a smooth and rapid route to completing mandatory compliance courses or locating the relevant training for career development. When it comes to data, Spark offers insights that help learning leaders manage risk, plug gaps, and make future training and budget decisions. Through a combination of simple dashboarding and detailed analytics, Spark puts you in a seat where you can observe, analyse, and respond with data-informed agility to gaps and risks that are surfaced through learning. Whether it's compliance, onboarding, or people engagement, Spark's adaptive structure is complemented by Sponge's huge library of compliance and soft skills off-the-shelf content: readily available for just-in-time and cost-effective deployment to solve new problems or respond to freshly identified risks.
