What do you like best about SpiraPlan?

Clean, simple UI with an easy setup process. I like the pay-by-active-use pricing model, and the collaboration and tracking features feel strong. Overall, it provides comprehensive support for decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpiraPlan?

I’ve run into occasional performance and slowness issues. The workflow configuration isn’t always intuitive, and there are some limitations when it comes to customization. Also, the list views can feel cramped, which makes it harder to scan and work through items comfortably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpiraPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?

SpiraPlan brings our Agile planning, test management, and ALM together in a single platform, addressing our previously fragmented tooling and weak traceability. It gives us end-to-end visibility from business requirements through to Databricks pipeline deployments, helping cut delivery cycles by ~20% and supporting audit-ready compliance across our data engineering projects. What do you like best about SpiraPlan?

Test execution in SpiraPlan is more better than other tools I’ve used. For example, I have used Jira, but somehow I was dissapointed! SpiraPlan makes it easy to manage test cases and track results, everything is all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpiraPlan?

One downside of SpiraPlan is it’s high cost. At around $39.99 per user per month, it can be expensive, especially for smaller teams or those on a budget. While it offer many great features, other tools like Jira or Trello are more cheaper. If keeping costs low is important, SpiraPlan might not be the best choose. SpiraPlan is solving some big problems for me, and it's really making my work easier. One of the main issues it tackles is managing complex projects. Everything—tasks, tests, bugs, requirements—is all in one place, which means I don't have to waste time switching between different tools. It’s like a one-stop shop for project management.
