Every Dynamically Live data takes time to fetch, process and retrieve from any portal used for data collection. You can easy add in graphics and videos to compile your own creative solutions. The template builder allows for this. The batch render solution is also helpful as we have been able to render 100s of videos in one go saving us a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Spirable?** Sometime the template builder can be a bit clunky and have some minor bugs but the Spirable team are always there to help out and look for solutions. It would also be good if some more functionalyit can be built into the temaplte builder. **Recommendations to others considering Spirable:** Give it a try and get Spirable to give you a demo to see how it could help your business. Take some time in the platforms too to understand its benefits and limitations to see how that best solves problems within the company. **What problems is Spirable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spirable is allowing us to generate hundreds of videos for our always on campaigns and also static images that go across our social media accounts. There are lots of little features in the ad builder (e.g. pre-built animations, dynamic audio tracks and layer masking) that are very useful to create engaging motion work. Templates are easy to organise and navigate with a folder structure to maintain good file management and collaborate with other members of the team. Spirable also has the ability to integrate live feeds into the the ads, this is of great advantage to us as a business to leverage live odds so our customers are seeing the most up to date odds on the latest sporting events . **What do you dislike about Spirable?** Occasionally there can be small bugs within the ad builder platform, however the guys at Spirable are always available and on hand to resolve or escalate the issues to the relevant teams to look into and fix. It would also be useful to be able to keyframe animations on the timeline to be more accurate with animation timings. **What problems is Spirable solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a business we work across multiple brands and regional markets for different campaigns, Spirable has allowed us to increase the efficiency at which we create the large number of video assets for social media utilising templates and dynamic layers. This also allows us to make changes quicker and easier and roll them out to the customers in no time. ### 11. It's something you can pick up easily if you have basic video editing skills. The team are very friendly, and are always around to help. Even if they're not around, there are a lot of how-to guides available that you can flick through to get the answer. **What do you dislike about Spirable?** There isn't anything I dislike, but there are some aspects of the video building tool that could work better - e.g. select all/multi select option, use of keyboard shortcuts for different capabilities (blade vs select), audio opportunities could be better utilised, this didn't work very well when we were using it. It would be good to see more audio formats supported as well, as some stock audio sites only deliver in WAV. A colour picker tool would be helpful as well, to try and match background colours with assets already available. Capability to link and/or lock elements as well would be helpful during video creation - hope this helps! I would also like to see the analytics site up and running, a little disappointing that this wasn't working. **Recommendations to others considering Spirable:** Be patient, and come prepared. The more information you have to hand, the more helpful the team can be! **What problems is Spirable solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's too early to say, but we have seen good interaction levels with engaged customers who have seen a video vs those that have not. One problem area is the non-engaged customers, where the video actually performed negatively, in comparison to the generic email sent usually. There are a number of test and learn opportunities here though to trial different methods. ### 13. Very fast response time via Intercom. Staff is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Spirable?** Template editor needs some basic TLC. It's not clunky but there are a few things that can be improved. Dev team is quite open to feedback and I believe they are already working on improving the editor. Spreadsheet system to add input data is a bit outdated.
