Rather than hunting through menus, I can quickly see app risks and run scans to flag potentially high-risk app installations. At the same time, I can monitor our storage usage, overall security posture, and data backups. Having all of this in one place saves me a lot of time because I can tell what needs attention at a glance. The onboarding process, customer support, and responsiveness to feedback have been exceptional. From our first meeting with a Spin rep, we uncovered more use cases than we expected, and they consistently focus on helping us achieve our company goals. Their responses to technical issues, feedback, and feature requests are fast and helpful, and the Spin team checks in regularly to see how things are going and what else they can do to support us. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** The compounding costs of increased storage and user licenses could become a concern as we scale. While the initial pricing is very reasonable, adding additional storage and licenses between contract renewals can become expensive. While spin.ai has AI right in the domain name, the presence of AI features isn’t very noticeable. It’s unclear if or how AI is utilized in Spin. That’s not necessarily a negative, since not every platform needs AI baked in, and pushing AI without a strong use case is worse than having no AI features at all. Still, if AI features are present and available, it would be helpful to see where and how they’re being used. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** SpinOne has helped us solve several problems. Prior to SpinOne, reviewing the security posture of Chrome extension was a manual process that took a significant amount of time. With SpinOne's Risk Assessment database, we can search the extension that's been requested and see an overview of the security risks for the extension which significantly reduces the time spent compared to a manual assessment. SpinOne has helped us meet regulatory data retention requirements by ensuring our Google Drive content is backed up. The backups also offer the added benefits of being able to recover files that were mistakenly deleted by users and offer a fallback for Google Drive in our BCDR program. The integration with Google Calendar has been very helpful as well. Prior to onboarding SpinOne, when a user was off-boarded we would sometimes lose access and visibility on what meetings the user had scheduled with clients, requiring teams to reach out to clients directly and set up new meetings. With Spin's calendar integration we are able to locate the meeting information and provide it to the team eliminating the need to contact and reschedule with clients. ### 3. I want to especially highlight Steen, our account executive, for being consistently supportive throughout the entire process. No surprises. The people genuinely care about the product and are committed to customers being successful. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** There are a lot of add-ons and additional features. If your budget is tight like mine, you need to stick to your goals and not be distracted. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our number one use for SpinOne is data security. SpinOne makes it easy for our small team. Generally it is a set and forget. So we rest easier knowing that our data is protected and if there is a problem, there is a team waiting to help us. ### 49.
