**What do you like best about Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk?**

Free! Also it's very easy to configure. We are a small IT shop with only 2 help desk people. We can't take the time to configure a system over more than an hour or so.

**What do you dislike about Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk?**

Does not integrate fully with AD. Would love to be able to have more control of user accounts and desktops right from the app.

Organized way to track request. We're a law firm. Funny thing, people lie! This keeps people honest about what was requested, when it was due and what was done.

The greatest thing about SpiceWorks is the help desk, and that is why I selected the product back in 2007 when I started in IT.  I needed a cost effective solution,  What's better than free?

**What do you dislike about Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk?**

I have had issues with network scanning for some time, but as I am the only IT person, I have not had time to worry with them.

Try it!  You will not be sorry.

Ease of setup/Asset Management Platform.

Inacurate and hard to audit at times. Support seems hard to get a hold of.

Didn't have an IT Service Desk Application before. Was able to track the cases adn create a knowledgebase.

The interface is pretty intuitive and easy to use.

Free. All-encompassing package ties together a hardware and software inventory of your network with helpdesk features to simplify the IT manager's life. The time to value is great, and the amount of information it can provide you in a short time is enlightening.

**What do you dislike about Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk?**

Can be a bit slow. The UI is attractive, but navigation can be a bit clumsy. A decent - in fact, excellent - fit for small to mid-size networks, but seems like it would not scale well up to large enterprises.

Definitely worth a look.

Easy way to track helpdesk tickets without major setup constraints. Email to case ticket creation works great.

Not much .. user interface could get a makeover, otherwise great tool for new helpdesks getting started.

As stated above, if you are just getting started, it's a free, east tool to implement and manage.

The same thing I like about anything free, Its free. This is a great tool for small businesses that need a help desk tool. I think the UI is pretty easy to use and conveient.

Like most free products you don't get a lot of the functionalities you would get with your traditional help desk tools.

If you are looking to get your feet wet with a decent ticketing system give it a shot.

**What do you like best about Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk?**

This tool runs our IT Department and makes us look good. Every single user request comes into this free application and we are able to track all requests from start to finish. In addition to free help desk features, it also offers network support for scanning all of our devices & giving us alerts of any issues. It is indeed the most spectacular free software I have ever seen.

Nothing that I can think of.

Set it up on a dedicated server, not a virtual box--it runs WAY faster.
