At the beginning they were super helpful: During the setup phase I had a contact who was highly engaged and helped to get the onboarding down in a super short amount of time for multiple, global entities. The users like the UI and the tool works rather well on a day to day business for our colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Spendesk? Our key account manager was not responsive, not helpful and didn´t solve ANY of our urgent issues: They told us to use the NetSuite native integration which was nothing but horrible. Please do not make the mistake to use it. I took us several month to role back to our old manual way and clean up the mess that the integration created. When our CFO escalted this to Spendesk and made it clear that this is a very urgent matter, it took them over a week to even response. They were not able to provide a solution. We are terrible frustrated as a finance crew by the way we are not supported and how badly the integration is that is provided as "native" integration. The documentation and guidance in the integration process was pretty poor as well. If you are using NetSuite: Please do not use this product.
